Delivery and Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most of the time if an order is placed before noon on a week day, the order will ship out the same day. However, during busy periods it can take up to 2 business days to dispatch so if you have a trip coming up please contact us and let us know your situation so we can prioritise getting it to you before you leave.

Orders over 7kg - $50

Shipping days:

Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays. 

Tracking Your Order
Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to a PO Box
  • Due to demand for certain products we cannot guarantee every product's availability for immediate shipment. Rocky Mounts ships orders in full, but upon special request we can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
  • We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.

    Premium metal lock pod for our hitch racks.

    • 1 lock pod pack comes with: 1 upgraded pod, 1 lock core, and 2 keys  
    • If you order 2 lock pods, we will key alike  
    • These are the current lock pods that come with the SplitRail LS, HighNoon FC, BackStage, and WestSlope Lock Kit.
    • If you are up upgrading a earlier model SplitRail, you only need 1 lock pod for the hitch bolt
    • If you are upgrading a MonoRail you will need a 2 lock pods, one for the hitch bolt and one for pivot pin to secure the cable lock

    Excellent lock

    Great lock to secure your rack. The cover is an added plus and keeps dust and gunk out to keep it functional longer.

    Like the lock. Very sturdy and does the job. Only issue is the key is a tad funky in the lock. Gotta jiggle it just so. ? My so gets it every time. Me not so much.

    Stronger Lock for Bike Rack

    This is a solid metal replacement lock for the flimsy plastic ones that come with the Monorail hitch rack. It can be keyed for any existing RM keys and appears to be much more secure than the plastic locks.
