When will my order ship?
Most of the time if an order is placed before noon on a week day, the order will ship out the same day. However, during busy periods it can take up to 2 business days to dispatch so if you have a trip coming up please contact us and let us know your situation so we can prioritise getting it to you before you leave.
Shipping Rates
Orders under 7kg - $10
Orders over 7kg - $50
Shipping days:
Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to a PO Box
- Due to demand for certain products we cannot guarantee every product's availability for immediate shipment. Rocky Mounts ships orders in full, but upon special request we can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.

- Carries 1 bike, up to 35 lbs
- Includes interchangeable sleeves for 12x100mm, 15x100mm, and “Boost” 15x110mm thru-axles
- 15x150mm and 12x110 sleeves - sold separately
- Can fit QR bikes with our 9mm QR with alloy sleeve - sold separately
